NEO Fund has started a Peer to Peer Networking group program. The purpose is to help small business owners grow their businesses within the context of a personal life plan. This is done by:
- Giving them a coach to meet with one on one every quarter. In that meeting they set goals (both personal and business), review progress against their goals, brainstorm on strategic topics.
- Having a monthly group meeting of all business owners to discuss challenges, opportunities and progress. Speakers are frequently invited to talk about topics the group has expressed interest in learning more about.
- Getting them access to a group of local mentors to help on specific business topics.
