Peer Support

NEO Fund has started a Peer to Peer Networking group program. The purpose is to help small business owners grow their businesses within the context of a personal life plan.

This is done by:

• Giving them a coach to meet with one-on-one every quarter. In that meeting, they set goals (both personal and business), review progress against their goals, and brainstorm on strategic topics.

• Having a monthly group meeting with all business owners to discuss challenges, opportunities, and progress. Speakers are frequently invited to discuss topics the group has expressed interest in learning more about.

• Getting them access to local mentors to help on specific business topics.
